Our Story

Stitch was founded by mother-daughter team Stacy Conner and Marissa Fish as a tribute to family, creativity, and the women who shaped us — especially Stacy's mother and sister, Julie, whose memory continues to inspire the heart of the shop.

We opened Stitch to bring a refined, welcoming needlepoint experience to East Texas, where access to curated canvases, quality fibers, finishing guidance, and in-person instruction is limited. Our goal is to create more than a retail store; we want Stitch to be a community where experienced stitchers feel inspired and new stitchers feel comfortable learning.
